As a creator who suffered at the hands of mismanagement and poor team decisions, CEO and Brand Engineer Anthony Deluca saw first hand the need for a management system that tackled the creator’s needs directly at the source. Creators are complex systems with complex problems, and they need a more individualized approach to scaling their businesses. DMG was created to not only solve a problem within the influencer industry, but to also revolutionize it. DMG is a full scale production house that specializes in building and cultivating content with meaning through the power of unique proprietary technology.

After becoming one of YouTube’s rising stars in the Men’s Fashion and Lifestyle category years ago, Anthony decided to focus less on creating content for himself and pivoted to helping creators scale, achieve virality and ultimately build sustainable revenue streams that could lead to multi-million dollar businesses. His expertise in content growth and art direction has led him to partnering with some of the largest brands on earth including Google, Dyson, Nintendo and more.

As an expert brand builder, video director, and social media savant, Anthony launched Deluca Media Group to be a creator incubator for those who want to scale their content beyond their own platform. As both a creator and CEO, Anthony looks to his own experience to help his clients cultivate their own image and grow into fully formed businesses. From launching a production studio, to developing unique original content both for and behalf of brands, Anthony aims to show an unfiltered view of the struggles and triumphs of a creator gone creative director.

In his spare time he loves collecting archival clothing, photography, and playing video games. His style is often a reference to many of the anime he has grown to love.

Nicole is responsible for leading account management and supporting the execution of key creative projects for our firm.

She is continually seeking new ways to expand her expertise as a creative producer and production coordinator, and for the past several years, has gained valuable experience working in the art department on numerous sets.

Prior to joining Deluca Media Group, Nicole obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University with a focus on Human Resource Management and in her spare time, co-owns and operates her family run vegan food business, Situ’s Kitchen, alongside her mom and sister.

Known for his eye with editorial concepts and landscape visuals, Eric Tam joined the DMG team after his time working with Panasonic Canada and heading his own production firm Vuepoint collective. Having directed international campaigns for world leading brands and editing for some of the top social media talent in the world, Eric has become an invaluable asset to the team. He is a visual junkie who loves to push limits on creativity and has a unique ability to capture human emotion through movement on camera. His goal one day is to live-off grid and explore nature.

Broderick Horne

Broderick is an experienced content marketer with a strong focus on photography and videography within sports, food, and fashion. He has a passion for leveraging the power of digital and traditional marketing strategies to help build brands through creative visual storytelling. As an expert action videographer and sports photographer, Broderick has worked with brands such as Fairmont Hotels, New Balance, Adidas, and Red Bull Canada planning, producing, and delivering various successful creative projects in a national and global market. His ability to capture food on camera will have you genuinely salivating at the screen.
