Join The Team

At Deluca Media Group, we are building the next generation of creator management and content production. Our team of strategists, producers, and creatives believes influence is a science, and that the people behind it deserve a partner who treats their career with the same rigor.

Six years in, we remain small but are growing quickly, and the character of our team is just as important to us as the quality of our work. We operate with a heads-down, get-it-done mindset. There is no micromanaging, no unnecessary meetings, and no questions asked when life requires your attention. We believe deeply in work-life balance, because the best creative work comes from people who have a full life outside of it. And while “we feel like a family” is often said in this industry, in our case it genuinely fits. We are a close-knit team that shows up for one another, both in and out of the office.

If you want to help shape culture, develop talent into industry leaders, and produce work that brands and audiences truly care about, you will find a home with us.

Why Deluca
Media Group

Your Slice Is The Whole Pie

At DMG, talent management, strategy, creative, production and growth don’t operate in silos. They work as one system. You won’t learn one piece of the creator business. You’ll learn how the entire machine works. Coordinators are in the room for shoots. Producers understand the partnership strategy. Managers have a point of view on creative. Because we don’t just manage creators. We build them. And everyone at DMG has a hand in what gets built.

Your Title Is Where You Start

We care a lot less about what your job description says you can do and a lot more about what you’re capable of doing. DMG is intentionally built to move quickly. A strong idea doesn’t need to travel through five layers of approval before someone can act on it. If you see an opportunity, raise your hand. If you have the vision for it, there’s a good chance you’ll be the person who gets to build it. Some of the most important roles, systems and ideas at DMG exist because someone decided they should.

Build Work People Actually See

Our work lives in culture, not in decks. We partner with brands like Kia Canada, lululemon, Disney+, Dyson and Estée Lauder, while building creators whose ideas reach millions of people. What you make here gets launched. It gets watched. It gets talked about. It gets measured. And when it works, we figure out how to make it bigger. You won’t have to explain what you worked on. You’ll be able to point to it.

Great Work Doesn’t Require One Address

DMG is remote-first, Toronto-rooted and built across North America. We care about creating an environment where ambitious people can do exceptional work without designing their entire lives around an office. That means flexibility in where you work, health benefits and time off that recognizes that having a life outside of DMG makes you better at what you do inside of it.

We Build People, Not Just Platforms

Our business is built around seeing potential in people and helping turn it into something bigger. That philosophy doesn’t stop with our creators. At DMG, you’ll be given real responsibility, direct feedback and room to grow into work that may not exist in your job description yet. Your manager should understand not only what you’re responsible for today, but what you’re capable of becoming next. We want DMG to be a place where your career compounds.

There Is No Playbook For Where We’re Going

The creator economy moves too quickly for us to inherit someone else’s way of doing things. So we build our own. DMG sits at the intersection of talent, media, creative, strategy and incubation, in an industry that is still defining what all of those things can become. That means questioning old models, testing new ones and building systems for a business that may look completely different eighteen months from now. If you want to follow a playbook, there are easier places to work. If you want to help write the next one, you’ll probably like it here.
