As an expert brand builder, video director, and social media savant, Anthony launched Deluca Media Group to be a creator incubator for those who want to scale their content beyond their own platform. As both a creator and CEO, Anthony looks to his own experience to help his clients cultivate their own image and grow into fully formed businesses. From launching a production studio, to developing unique original content both for and behalf of brands, Anthony aims to show an unfiltered view of the struggles and triumphs of a creator gone creative director.

In his spare time he loves collecting archival clothing, photography, and playing video games. His style is often a reference to many of the anime he has grown to love.

Oren John’s professional journey has been a dynamic blend of creativity, strategic leadership, and entrepreneurial innovation, making him a natural fit to lead DMG USA’s New Ventures division as Founder and Head of New Ventures. For Oren, this role is especially meaningful, as his career as a content creator began while signed with DMG—a full-circle moment that highlights his growth from creative talent to executive leadership.

Oren’s early career saw him rise from graphic designer to Creative Director, leading campaigns for global brands like Red Bull, Grey Goose, and YRB. His expertise extended to cultural events such as Sundance and New York Fashion Week. He later drove marketing success as Director at TrackingPoint and VP at 3DR, achieving viral campaigns, global retail expansion, and award-winning strategies.

Oren’s entrepreneurial impact includes scaling Hangar Technology until its acquisition, guiding high-tech clients at Guinn Partners, and leading UMBRLA to a successful exit. His marketing leadership helped Gel Blaster become America’s fastest-growing toy company in 2022. He is also an investor in high-impact software technology companies like TripleWhale and Sustainment and consumer brands like Experiment Beauty and Lexington Bakes.

Now, as Founder & Head of New Ventures at DMG USA, Oren’s mission is to identify transformative opportunities, blending his creative roots with his executive expertise to inspire creators and launch consumer facing brands through our clients. His growth within DMG marks a new chapter in a career defined by innovation, leadership, and a passion for growth.

Alan is President of Impact North, a creative marketing agency, where he leads with a unique blend of marketing expertise, partnership development, and a Master’s level arts education. Under his leadership, Impact North adopted a humanities-first, team-oriented approach that has reshaped the company’s culture and led to successful campaigns for some of Canada’s largest brands, as well as impactful work with not-for-profits.

Alan believes that great marketing is driven by great creative, which thrives in an environment that prioritizes talented, inspired people. He is a strong advocate for a service-first mentality and values the power of a collaborative team to achieve meaningful results.

Nicole is responsible for leading account management and supporting the execution of key creative projects for our firm.

She is continually seeking new ways to expand her expertise as a creative producer and production coordinator, and for the past several years, has gained valuable experience working in the art department on numerous sets.

Prior to joining Deluca Media Group, Nicole obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University with a focus on Human Resource Management and in her spare time, co-owns and operates her family run vegan food business, Situ’s Kitchen, alongside her mom and sister.

Known for his eye with editorial concepts and landscape visuals, Eric Tam joined the DMG team after his time working with Panasonic Canada and heading his own production firm Vuepoint collective. Having directed international campaigns for world leading brands and editing for some of the top social media talent in the world, Eric has become an invaluable asset to the team. He is a visual junkie who loves to push limits on creativity and has a unique ability to capture human emotion through movement on camera. His goal one day is to live-off grid and explore nature.

With over a decade of experience leading influencer and PR campaigns at top agencies, Debbie Lu has worked with 50+ global brands across beauty, CPG, tech, and gaming. From managing multi-million dollar portfolios to negotiating celebrity deals and launching award-winning campaigns, she’s done it all.

Now as VP of Talent and Brand Management at Deluca Media Group, Debbie brings an insider’s edge—helping creators land meaningful brand partnerships, navigate deals with confidence, and build careers with purpose.

With an extensive background in event management working for event venues like The Great Hall and her roles expanding new market retail locations for Orange Theory and GoodLife Fitness, Andrea Opre has joined the team at DMG as an Account Coordinator.

Overseeing all creator schedules, brand submissions and content deliverables, Andrea is a true multitasker. Her event management experience has played a significant role in DMG sanctioned events and her willingness to coordinate on set campaigns has proved invaluable to the team.

She is a lover of techno, cinefile and despite mostly having a wardrobe that consists of all black, she truly has the most colorful mind. Find her on a dancefloor somewhere.

Hung has joined the team at DMG as one of our Digital Editors and Producer. With over 8 years of freelance photography and video experience, Hung left his previous role as the personal Photographer and Digital Editor for the Office of the Premiere of Ontario to take on more creative storytelling projects here at DMG.

Helping incubate several YouTube channels and scale out several longform series, Hung is leading the charge with motion graphics and narrative storytelling here at the agency. As a lover of gaming, sneaker culture and all things caffeinated, Hung has become a welcome member of the DMG family.

Shehroz is the Talent & Brand Manager at Deluca Media Group, where he leads talent and brand management while supporting the execution of key creative projects.

A creative individual with a diverse skill set, Shehroz has worked with renowned brands on their social media and PR strategies while also managing talents and running successful campaigns.

Outside of his role, he likes to participate in creative avenues where he is a skilled barber and a dedicated content creator.

With a knack for creativity and a proven track record in brand strategy, Shehroz continually seeks new opportunities to innovate and inspire, making him an invaluable member of the Deluca Media Group team.

Carina Tam, just like her personality embodies everything that is fun with creating content online.

Carina’s journey in videography and editing began with her editing vlogs for her personal channel. She quickly realized her love for video editing and began working with content creators to create captivating and unique content. The creators at DMG appreciate her attention to detail and her ability to bring out the best in their content. She has a unique ability to tap into a creator’s personality and reflect that in their style of content. It helps that she’s just naturally really funny. *flips hair*

In her free time, Carina enjoys spending time with her cats, who she considers her babies, and indulging in her favorite beverage, bubble tea. Additionally, Carina is an experienced dance teacher and has performed on the Raptors court.

During late nights, Carina can be found immersed in video games (she’s the first to tell you that Valorant sucks), or playing her favourite sport, volleyball. Her ultimate goal is to travel the world, creating content for all of our creators and attempting to find balance (except we all know there’s no such thing in the digital world).
